(sent shortly before the start of the event)

It is just before 7pm. I have just closed my workshop for the day, and am going to the mountain with the kids to find a pine tree. I feel centered, calm and tuned in to the event.

...Last night I tuned in at 19h00 (the starting time in South Africa) and felt calm. I then took the two kids to the mountain to cut a christmas tree. We stopped the car at the site we used last year, and the tree stood in front of me, just down the hill. We were back in about 30 mins.

I had a meal and a bath, and lay down on the treatment table. I do not know what happened, but I was out till about 10h30 when I got up to put R. to bed. It was a lovely cool evening.

I had some tea and watched a few "off the grid" videos and went to bed at 11h30. Couldn't sleep at first, but eventually drifted off and slept well till about 7.

I feel relaxed, no headache, but needing a rest.

A thought came up: the victor writes the history, therefore humanity can now write the obituary of the failed empire and the end of fascism.

It was a very deep and intense treatment, which lasted over 4 hours....

For several days before the event, and also since the event, I have needed quite a bit more sleep than usual, and find myself starting to yawn early in the evening. Since the treatment, I have also been aware of a gentle detox going on in my body, and the need to drink lots more water over the past few days.

One of our focuses for the event was the urgent need for rain in the Chapada Diamantina nature reserve in Bahia, Brazil. For months there has been an ongoing drought in this region, very little rain and terrible fires that have decimated over 30% of the reserve, and still continue unabated. On Tuesday night after the event, there was a gentle rain that lasted most of the night, and in the morning all the dust had been washed off and everything looked fresh and green again. Of course a lot more rain is needed to bring the area out of the drought, so please keep this beautiful place in your prayers.

This Solstice event was a unique occasion -- being here in Brazil with Edna, the first opportunity we have had to be together in person for a planetary healing. Despite the drought and other day to day stresses of living in a far-flung and isolated region, the valley has an embracing and healing quality -- not for naught that this region is called the Chapada Diamantina (Diamond Mountains). Choosing to visit this valley, one should not be surprised if an opportunity for deep healing is sparked... The crystal grid surrounding the valley seems to amplify unhealed aspects of one's life, tending to bring out the best and worst in people, as some of the local people have noted.

During our conversations in the days leading up to event, the planetary focuses of the event started emerging, including a focus on the situation facing the valley itself, as well as the entire Chapada nature reserve. Also, it was interesting to experience how our energy levels and sleeping patterns were different from usual, and from each other's. Two days before the event, we went hiking in an area about twenty minutes from here on a motorbike taxi. We visited the new animal surrogate...and went for a long replenishing walk together. There were a number of synchronicities that led us there, creating the feeling that the deva of this area was making a connection to be included in the planetary event.

In the morning, before the event, there was an opportunity for me to tune in and relax, while Edna was soldiering forth with the last of the preparations. We decided to do the treatment outside, using the hammock as a treatment table, surrounded by trees, birds, monkeys and insect song (most notably the omnipresent cicadas (see this link for more info on Cicada Animal Totem Symbolism & Meanings), whose 'song' shifts dimensions -- a potent combination with the crystal grid!)

By having shared this experience, I feel we have further strengthened and harmonised future Earth Heal work together. A very exciting prospect indeed!

.... here we have constant smoke in the air. Fires have been burning right through the month, with smoke haze everywhere. Today was probably the hottest day this month. I could only lie around, taking a shower now and then... But now to bed!

This one was huge even before the treatment  began... everything is complete madness here in Buenos Aires re elections...old hate, new resentment, very real fears for the future...  with brand new brain washing techniques and concentrated media black ops... and now blackouts and silent blockade in the bloody altar of neoliberal dogma and the New World Kaos agenda (the conservatives here never won free elections - they always governed thru fraud , civil wars, genocide, dictatorships, etc).

Accelerating times before Christmas and Reveillon (New Year) - a very heavy atmosphere indeed and plus my personal drama...

I managed to leave my mother in the hospital and walked for hours in the mud after heavy showers and thunder,  the sky still black, thru Bosques de Palermo, a big park in the "good" part of the city, and found (a place to) meditate near the Rosedal, a beautiful rose garden with hundreds of diverse variedades in different colors... you can imagine when the sun finally appeared between clouds, it felt like Noah's holy alliance!.

This remarkable rose collection has almost a century...and the garden is cared for and looks brightly beautiful...and birds of all classes .... but unfortunately the local airport is far but not enough so I was brought back to urban reality by the roar of planes and rush hour traffic before unforgettable sunset well earthed rituals.

I'm glad for the whole experience and your good news of rain and Amanda there in Chapada ... Evergreens and saguins (monkeys) and your dogs and cats...

Happy new year... and thank you...
